| Abstract: | The polymorphism of ESR gene loci in Duroc,Landrace and Large White from nucleus herds of certain pig breeding farms was investigated by PCR-RFLPs.The relativity between the polymorphism of ESR gene and the reproduction performance of sow was also analyzed by SAS software.The results showed that the total number born(TNB),number born alive(NBA),number of 28d weaning(NW_(28)),birth weight of litter(BWL) and 28d weaning weight of litter(WWL_(28)) were affected by the genotype,and trended to be AA
