摘    要: 通过建立准确、可操作的多抗病性鉴定筛选技术,有效地鉴定评价了棉花品种的抗黄萎病性、抗枯萎病性。在育种实践中,利用该技术可定向改良提高棉花品种的抗病性,并选育出我国第一套棉花抗黄萎病多菌系、高抗枯萎病的抗源种质川737,川2802,以及系列抗黄萎病、抗枯萎病品种川棉243,川棉239和川棉65,显示了该多抗病性鉴定筛选技术的科学性和实用性。

Abstract:It has been proved that the evaluation technique ,which we have developed for cotton multi resistance identification, is effective and practicable especially for Verticillium Wilt and Fusarium Wilt resistance in cotton breeding practice. With applying of this technique, the cotton resistant germ plasm Chuan 737 and Chuan 2802, with resistant to multi biotype of Verticillium Wilt and highly resistant to Fusarium Wilt, were bred and released, and the cultivars Chuanmian 243, Chuanmian 239 and Chuanmian 65, with multi resistance to both Fusarium Wilt and Verticillium Wilt, have been bred and past the cultivar registration in the nation or Sichuan Province.
