| 摘 要： | 在分析某150ZH型三轮摩托车车架结构特点的基础上,通过有限元法对该车架的承载能力进行分析计算,找出车架结构设计上存在的一些问题并进行了相应的改进设计,使得车架的结构在满足强度和刚度的要求的同时减轻整车重量,使材料的利用上趋于更优化的设计;对车架有限元模型进行承载极限分析,给出不同载荷下车架应力变化的规律,从而确定车架超载运行的最大能力。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis of the structural characteristics of the frame of one 150ZH tricycle,this paper describes an effective FEA method to caculate the carrying ability of the frame and find the weakness of the structure design.The new designed frame achieve the optimization design of the frame without changing its strength and rigidity.In addition,this paper find the rule of stress changing according to the change of load on the finite element analysis model of the frame,and get the maximum carrying ability of the frame. |
