| 摘 要： | 通过不同扦插基质、扦插季节、插条部位和生根剂种类及其不同浓度处理的比较试验,进行了胡椒木扦插繁殖的研究。结果表明:不同处理对胡椒木扦插生根和生长存在影响,其中效果最佳的处理组合为:秋季扦插+中部枝条扦插+IBA(200mg/L处理2h)+50%椰糠+50%红壌,生根率可达92.21%,平均最长根长达13.56cm。

| Abstract: | The comparative experiments of different cutting culture substrata,cutting season,shoot section and different rooting agents with concentration were conducted to study the cutting propagation of Zanthoxylum piperitum.The results showed that different treatments all had effects on cutting rootage and growth of Zanthoxylum piperitum.The most effective combination treatment was as follows:cultivating the middle shoots treated with IBA(200mg/L 2h) in the cutting culture substrata of 50% coconut chaff and 50% red soil in Autumn,which the rooting rate was 92.21%,the average longest root length was 13.56 cm. |
