| Abstract: | The history of composing the forest management plan is reviewed.The issues existed in composition,implementation and management of forest management plan are comprehensively elaborated. The paper points out that the issues in theory and technology need to be further studied and solved,and it also gives a simple analysis on the developmental tendency for composing the forest management plan. |
