地方志文献的采访与收集

中国的地方志文献的品种繁多,起源很早,按时间顺序可分为旧方志、新方志.地方志文献是各级公共图书馆的重要收藏,具有很高的参考价值.本文根据黑龙江省图书馆的地方志文献采访与收集实践,分析研究了地方志文献的作用、特性及采访和收集问题.文章提出采访、收集地方志文献是公共图书馆一项长期、细致的工作,必须调动一切力量,采用多种方式,才能做好.地方志文献收藏体系越完整,才能起到"资政、存史"的目的.

On the Acquisition and Collection of Local Chronicles

China has a vast variety of local chronicles,some of which are dated far back in time.They can be classified according to time into old or new local chronicles.They are an important and valuable part of the collections at public libraries at all levels.This paper has discussed the experiences in the acquisition and collection process of local chronicles at the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Library,analyzed the functions and properties of local chronicles,and described issues in the acquisition and collection process.The paper argues that this process must be viewed as a long-term,detailed task of public libraries.It requires great effort and many different methods to accomplish this task.The more complete is the collection,the better it can serve the purpose of "supporting contemporary affairs and documenting the history".
