嗜水气单胞菌毒素研究

摘    要:嗜水气单胞菌近年引起我国养殖鱼类暴发性鱼病的大面积流行,给我国渔业生产造成了极大损失。溶血毒素是该菌致病的主要因子,该毒素是一条链的多肽,分子量52000道尔顿左右,与红细胞膜上的血型糖蛋白结合形成寡聚体,进而在膜上成洞,溶血。DNA序列分析结果显示该毒素基因与典型的原核基因相符。由于该菌的抗药性等问题,应用基因工程的方法改造病原菌是防治暴发性鱼病的有前途的手段之一。

Abstract:Aeromonas hydrophilahas caused the epidemic acute disease of cultured fishes in recent years. Thisdisease has made a great loss to the aquaculture. The hemolysin is the principal lethal toxin. This toxin is a singlepolypeptide. Its molecular weight is 52000 daltons. The hemolysin can coaggiutinate with the glycophorisn of redblood cell and form oligomers on the red blood cell membrane, then form a hole and lyse the cell. DNA sequenceanalysis showed that hemolysin gene was a typical prokaryotic gene. Because of the antibiotics resistance trait of A.hydrophila , the author raised that recontruction of the pothogen is a potential route to control the diseases caused byA. hydrophila.
