| 摘 要： | 资金支持是绿洲农业实现可持续发展的重要保证。以新疆1989-2009年的数据为例,运用金融相关率和资金供求理论,测算了绿洲农业发展的理论资金需求量、资金需求实际满足量和资金供给量。结果显示:资金的实际需求小于资金理论需求量;正规渠道资金供给不足,民间资金活跃。提出由资金供给导向型向资金需求导向型转变,根据资金需求增加绿洲农业发展的资金供给;提供政策优惠促使社会其他投资主体投资绿洲农业和规范农村民间借贷行为是实现新疆绿洲农业可持续发展的重要措施。

| Abstract: | It is very important to achieve funds for oasis agricultural sustainable development.Sustainable development of oasis agriculture supply and demand for funds was estimated by FIR and capital supply and demand theory.The results show the actual demand for funds is less than theory of the demand for funds;There is lack of formal channels for the supply of funds,the private funds are active.We proposed that the funds raised by the demand-oriented oriented can change to the capital,and increases the supply of funds to agricultural development according to the demand;Provides preferential policies to promote other social investors to invest in agriculture,regulates lending practices of rural people to achieve sustainable agricultural development. |
