摘    要:区域降水量不但是影响土壤风蚀的一个重要因素,同时还对植被及农牧业发展起着决定性的作用。以内蒙古寒旱区降水量为研究对象,在收集多年气象站观测数据的基础上,引入MHF小波函数,对其时间序列进行小波分析。揭示了区域降水量变化的多时间尺度的复杂结构,分析了其在不同时间尺度下的周期性和突变诊断点。研究表明:内蒙古寒旱区降水具有明显的季节性和阶段性特征,以1年和9年的周期振动最强;在整个时间域上,降水量呈减小趋势。

Abstract:The study focused on the precipitation time series of past long years in dry-cold areas,Inner Mongolia,China,which is one of important factors influencing on wind erosion,vegetations,agricultural development.The MHF wavelet method was adopted to analyze the temporal-frequency multi-time scale variations and jump features of dust storm activities,which can reveal the multi-scale characteristics of dust storm.Consequently,the periods and turning points of precipitation in different time-scale were revealed.Meanwhile,the trend of rainfall in the following years was forecasted.The results showed that the precipitation showed obvious staggered features in dry-cold areas,Inner Mongolia,China.It was also found that approximate 1-year and 9-year period-oscillation was the strongest.In final the wavelet coefficients patterns exhibited a probablely decreasing trend in the following years.
