摘    要:采用不同质量浓度的砷溶液对绿肥种子进行萌芽试验,研究其对紫花苜蓿、光叶紫花苕、木豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:在0~5mg.kg^-1浓度范围砷对紫花苜蓿种子萌发稍有促进作用,超过5mg.kg^-1则随着砷浓度的增加,3种绿肥种子受抑制作用均有增强,并且砷对根的抑制效应大于芽。3种绿肥作物对砷的耐性,光叶紫花苕最强,其次是紫花苜蓿,木豆最弱。

Abstract:The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of different arsenic(As) concentrations on seeds germination and seedling growth in alfalfa,Vicia villosa and Cajanus cajan.The results showed slightly high rates of seed germination in alfalfa at 0~5 mg.kg-1 As concentration.The increased As concentration(over 5 mg.kg-1) showed strong inhibitory effects on the seed germination in three green manure seeds.Further,the inhibitory effects on roots were higher compared to that on buds.The results revealed that Vicia villosa had the highest Arsenic tolerance followed by the alfalfa and Cajanus cajan.
