浅谈农业科研单位工勤人员队伍的现状与建设对策

农业科研单位的工勤人员在为促进农业科技事业的发展、提供科技人员生活保障等方面发挥了重要作用,其队伍建设是农业科研单位建设中不可或缺的重要组成部分。文章针对目前农业科研单位工勤人员队伍建设中存在的几个主要问题,提出加强对工勤人员的思想政治和职业道德建设及教育培训、完善激励保障机制、合理设置工勤岗位、科学规范等级考核体系等几点建设对策。

Preliminary Discussions on the Current Situation of the Rear Service Workers of the Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions and Countermeasures of Construction

The rear service workers, an important force in the agricultural scientific research institutions, play an important role in the development of agricultural science and technology, providing livelihood security. The construction of the teams of rear service workers is a main component of construction of agricultural scientific research institutions. Main problems of the construction of rear service workers＇ team at present were analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures were put forward, such as strengthening the politic and professional moral training, improving motivation and safeguard mechanism, setting logistics posts properly, setting up scientific assessment system, etc.
