福美双在水稻和稻田土壤中残留动态研究

摘    要:采用田间试验方法,应用HPLC法测定了福美双在水稻植株及土壤环境中的残留动态和残留量。结果表明,福美双在湖南和天津两地的水稻植株和土壤中消解较快,半衰期分别为1.53、1.82、5.88、4.49d,福美双在正常施用情况下,其最终残留量在水稻植株和土壤中均低于最低检测浓度(植株和土壤中的最低检测浓度分别为0.005、0.00125mg/kg)。该药属易分解农药(T1/2〈30d),按推荐使用剂量使用时收获的稻米是安全的。

Abstract:A field experiment was conducted to reveal the residue dynamics of thiram in rice paddy and paddy soil.The residues of thiram in rice paddy and paddy soil were determined by HPLC.In Hunan and Tianjin, the half-lives of thiram in rice paddy and soil were 1.53d and 1.82d, 5.88d and 4.49d, respectively. When thiram was applied with recommended dose, at the 30th day after application, the final residues of thiram in rice were below the limit of detection.
