| 摘 要： | 新形势下,农业高校学生党支部在支部建设,组织发展,党员培养和为农村培养输送人才方面上存在弱化,虚化的现象。因此,如何加强农业高校党支部的建设,抓好学生党员的培养,增强党支部的凝聚力和战斗力是农业高校党建工作者必须认真思考和积极探索研究的重要问题。

| Abstract: | The functions of construction,organization development,cultivation of the Party members,and training talents for rural area of the student Party branch in agricultural universities decreased under new situation.How to strengthening the Party branch construction,cultivating the Party members,and enhancing the cohesion and battle effectiveness of the Party branch should be considered seriously and explored actively by the Party construction workers in agricultural universities. |
