摘    要:22份晒烟种质资源于2007年在中国烟草中南农业试验站永州基地种植,对其生育期、农艺性状、经济性状进行了系统研究。结果表明,晒烟不同基因型间主要性状存在明显的差异:苗期在54~60d、大田生育期在74~131d之间,各基因型间农艺性状的变异系数在8.86%(茎粗)~39.29%(叶数)之间,经济性状的变异系数在19.28%(中等烟)~39.24%(产量)之间,以节距、叶数、株高、产量、产值的变异系数较大。晒92414和Va331—4两品种的综合性状表现较好,具有较好的利用价值。

Abstract:22 sun-cured tobacco germplasm resources were planted in Yongzhou base of South-central Agricultural Experiment Station of China Tobacco in 2007, and their growth duration, agronomic and economic characters of were investigated. The results showed that clear genotype differences in main characters existed amon~ different genotypes. The range of seedling stage and field stage were 54-60 d and 74-131 d respectively, and the range of coefficient of variation of agronomic and economic characters were 8.86% (stem) -39.29% (total leaves) and 19.28% (middle grade tobacco) 39.24% (yield), respectively. Among all traits, coefficient of variation of distance between nodes, total leaves, plant height, yield and production value was bigger. Comprehensive characters of Sai92414 and Va331-4 were better, which showed the two varieties had higher application value in breeding.
