万寿菊根不同溶剂提取物对枣缩果病病原菌抑菌活性研究

比较了万寿菊根甲醇、氯仿、无水乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯等不同溶剂的提取物对枣缩果病三种病原菌:细交链孢菌、聚生小穴壳菌和橄榄色盾壳霉菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:万寿菊根粗提物对枣缩果病病原菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中以乙酸乙酯粗提物对枣缩果病三种病原菌的抑菌作用最强,分别为79.77%,66.20%,70.26%,其次为丙酮、无水乙醇。有效抑菌成分有待进一步分离确定。

Studies on the Action of Different Solvent Extracts from the Root of Tagetes patula on Fruit Shrink Disease of Ziziphus jujuba Mill

This paper compared the actions of different solvent extracts such as methyl alcohol,chloroform,ethanol,acetone,ethylacetate etc.from the root of Tagetes patula on fruit shrink disease of Ziziphus jujuba Mill(Acternaria alternate(Fr.)Keissler,Dothiorella gregaria Sacc,Conithyrium olivaceum Bon).The results showed that the inhibition of extracts on fruit shrink disease pathogens had different effects,the ethylacetate extracts had the strongest inhibitory effect on three pathogenic fungi,(79.77%,66.20% and 70.26% nespectiuely),followed by acetone and ethanol.The effective of antibacterial components need to be identified in further research.
