| 摘 要： | 试验旨在研究酶制剂对泌乳奶牛生产性能和疾病的影响。选取泌乳荷斯坦奶牛66头,随机分为两组,每组33头。在TMR日粮中分别添加复合酶制剂0和20 g·d-1·头-1,试验期25 d。结果表明,饲粮中添加复合酶制剂20 g·d-1·头-1提高产奶量(P0.05);在试验条件下,使用复合酶制剂可以显著增加经济效益。由此可见,在本试验条件下,在泌乳牛饲粮中添加复合酶制剂20 g·d-1·头-1能改善产奶量,增加经济效益。

| Abstract: | To investigate the effects of enzyme products on performance and disease of lactation dairy cows. Sixty-six lactating Holstein dairy cows were randomly ＇allocated into two groups with thirty three cows per group. The experiment lasted for 25 d. TMR of cows in two groups were supplemented with 0（control group）, 20 g.d-1. cow-1 （trail group）, respectively. The results showed that, adding 20 g. d-1. cow-1 enzyme products, the milk yield were increased（P〉0.05）; adding 20 g. d-1. cow-1 enzyme products, economic benefit was increase, h is concluded that enzyme products supplemented into the diet can improve the milk yield, reduce risk of mastitis, increase the eco- nomic benefit. |
