嗜热毛壳菌纤维酶对肉鸡消化道酶活性影响的研究

摘    要:试验旨在研究嗜热毛壳菌纤维酶对肉鸡消化道酶活性的影响。选用1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡120羽,随机分成4组,即对照组和试验1、2、3组,分别添加嗜热毛壳菌纤维酶0、0.05%、0.15%和0.25%。结果表明,试验2和3组十二指肠(P0.05)和空肠胰蛋白酶、胃蛋白酶的活性(P0.01)以及十二指肠、空肠和胰脏脂肪酶的活性(P0.05或P0.01)显著或极显著高于其他各组,对淀粉酶的活性无显著影响(P0.05)。

Study on Effects of Chaetomium Thermophile Fiber Enzyme on the Activities of Digestive Enzymes for Broilers

Abstract:Effects of Chaetomium thermophile fiber enzyme on the activities of digestive enzymes were studied in this experment. One hundred and twenty healthy AA broilers were randomly distributed into 4 treatments: the con- trol group, test 1, test 2 and test 3 groups, which were fed the basal diet with the supplementation of 0, 0.05%, 0.15% and 0.25% Chaetomium thermophile fiber enzyme respectively. The results showed that the activity of trypase, pepsin and lipase in duodenum(P〈0.05) and jejunum(P〈0.01) in test 2 and 3 groups were improved nota- bly, the lipase activity in pancreas was elevated(P〈0.05), but the amylase activity wasn't affected(P〉0.05).
