| 摘 要： | 木薯渣是木薯加工淀粉、酒精等产品后的下脚料,其营养成分丰富。将木薯渣用作饲料不仅可以节省饲料资源,降低养殖成本,还能减少环境污染。文章从木薯渣饲用价值、饲料化存在的问题以及在反刍动物生产上的应用等方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | Cassava residue is the waste after the processing of cassava starch, alcohol and other products, but it is rich in nutrients. As feed, cassava residue can save resources, reduce breed cost, and reduce environmental pollution.This paper reviewed the feeding value of cassava residueand application in ruminant production. |
