摘    要:利用直接蒸馏法(direct distillation)原理,经研究改进而建立的快速测定玉米、豆粕、菜籽饼、鱼粉、麸皮、猪配合饲料、鸡配合饲料蛋白质含量的新方法。3个实验室对7种类型142个饲料产品的研究结果表明,本法与国标法(凯氏法)有很好的相关性,两法测定值相对偏差均达到国家标准规定的要求。相关系数r=0.9745~0.9932,实验室间变异系数 < 3%,实验室内变异系数 < 2%。样品不需消化过程,20min可提供粗蛋白质含量数据,比国标法具有快速、能耗低、节约试剂、减少污染和操作简便等优点。

Abstract:By using the direct distillation ( DD ) principle , an improved and quick method which can determine the protein content in maize , soybean meal , rapeseed meal , fish meal , wheat bran , formula feed for swine and formula feed for chicken was estab- lished. The result of the study on 142 products belonging to 7 kinds of feedstuffs in three laboratories suggested that , the DD method has fine correlation with the National Standard Method (Kjeldahl Method ) . The relative deviation of the two methods was in conform to the National Standard. The coefficient of variation between different labora- toies was lower than 3% , the coefficient of variation within single laboratory was lower than 2%. There was no process of digestion in DD method and the data of the result were given in 20 min. Compared with the National Standard Method , the DD method has many advantages such as quiclcness , low energy consumption , agent saving , pollution reducing and simple Operation etc.,
