摘    要:以黑麦草为实验材料,研究了土壤中添加不同浓度(0,3,6,9,12,15 mmol/kg)生物可降解络合剂谷氨酸二乙酸四钠(GLDA)和亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠盐(IDS)对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,旨在找到2种络合剂应用的适宜浓度.结果表明,添加络合剂GLDA和IDS对黑麦草的种子萌发有一定的抑制作用,并且高浓度的处理抑制作用更为显著;而对黑麦草的地上生长表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制.在整个生长期,络合剂均抑制了黑麦草的根系生长.当络合剂GLDA和IDS浓度为9 mmol/kg时,黑麦草叶绿素含量最高,较对照提高了39.85%和47.18%;当GLDA和IDS浓度为6 mmol/kg时,类胡萝卜紊含量最高.隶属函数综合分析表明,络合剂对黑麦草种子萌发和幼苗生长影响最大的浓度为15 mmol/kg的处理,以络合剂IDS浓度为6 mmol/kg的处理生长状况最佳.

Abstract:With Lolium perenne L.seeds and seedlings as materials,a pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of the addition of biodegradable chelators GLDA and IDS in different concentrations (3,6,9,12 and 15 mmol/kg) on seed germination and seedling growth.The results indicated that the addition of GLDA and IDS inhibited seed germination to a certain extent,and the inhibition effect was more prominent at high coneentrations.Aboveground growth of L.perenne was promoted at low chelator concentrations,but inhibited at high concentrations.The addition of two kinds of chelators resulted in decreased underground weight compared to the control treatment.The total chlorophyll contents of L.perenne treated with 9 mmol/kg GLDA and IDS achieved the maximum,increased by 39.85 % and 47.18%,respectively,compared to the control.The carotenoid content of L.perenne was the highest in the treatment of chelator addition at 6 mmol/kg.On the basis of subordinate function analysis,15 mmol/kg GLDA and IDS affected turfgrass growth most and 6 mmol/kg IDS was the best treatment for turfgrass growth.
