| 摘 要： | <正> 引言生产和科学实践证明,优良的双穗或多穗型比单穗型杂交种具有更大的生产潜力。选育双穗或多穗型杂交种,是进一步提高玉米产量的重要途径之一。研究玉米果穗数的变异,对于制定育种方案,选用最合适的育种方法,更有效地选育双穗或多穗型的杂交种,有其重要的理论和实践意义。

STUDIES ON THE VARIATION OF THE NUMBR OF EARS IN MAIZE |

| Abstract: | Two methods of quantitative genetic analysis were used to study the variation of the number of ears inmaize in 1964,1965 and 1973respectively.The results of our studies show that in the inheritance of the number of ears the additive effect is major and dominant and epistaticeffects are secondary, but there is no obvious superiority of F.over to parents. |
