硼铬稀土共渗层的耐磨性和抗咬合性

摘    要:为了推广固体硼铬稀土共渗技术,需对硼铬稀土共渗层的摩擦磨损行为进行试验研究。本文利用MM200型磨损试验机对比研究了45钢硼铬稀土共渗层和硼化物层的耐磨性和抗咬合性,并对磨损机理进行探讨。结果表明,由于硼铬稀土共渗层表层组织和高温氧化物膜较为致密等原因,故与硼化物层相比,具有较高的耐磨性和承载能力。

Abstract:To popularize pack RE chrome boronizing,it is necessary to study the friction and wear behavior of RE chrome boride layer.The wear and scuffing resistance properties of the RE chrome boride layer of 45 steel have been compared with those of boride layer using a MM200 wear tester,and then their wear mechanisms are discussed on the basis of the observation.The results show that the wear resistance and load bearing capacity of RE chrome boride layer are better than those of boride layer,because of the fine and close microstructure and high temperature oxide film of RE chrome boride layer.
