浅谈祁连县畜牧业配套设施建设

祁连县是青海省重要的草地畜牧业生产基地之一,在国家西部大开发政策的大力支持下,以草地生态环境保护和建设项目为依托,狠抓畜牧业基础设施配套建设。截至目前,建成牲畜暖棚2530栋,31．35×10^4m^2,一年生饲草地506．67hm^2,围栏草场24×10^4hm^2,人畜饮水管道96．6km,打井105眼。全县100％的牧户实现了定居,围栏草场,牲畜暖棚,饲草地建设四配套,78％的牧户实现了饮水等“五配套”。从而大大提高了畜牧业基础设施建设速度。建议深化改革,进一步加强基础设施建设,推广畜牧业产业化经营,提高畜牧业综合生产能力。增加项目效益和牧民收入。

ANIMAL INDUSTRY INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION INQILIAN COUNTY

Qilian County is one of the important base of grassland livestock husbandry production. Supported by the policy of westward development , based on project of construction and protection of grassland environment , 2530 animal sheds were built ,there were 31.35 ×10^4m^2, there were 506.67hm^2 annual sown pasture, 24 ×10^4hm^2 enclosure grassland ,96.6km water pipeline, 105wells. All the herdsman came true the settlement,enclosure grassland , animal sheds and sown pasture in the county. It was increased pace of infrastructure construction.
