田间土壤反硝化作用动态初探

摘    要:通过不同供水水平条件下对田间土壤反硝化作用进行动态研究。利用C2 H2能抑制反硝化作用的N2 ON2 的转化过程, 用气相色谱检测出土壤中释放出的N2 O 的量。结果表明,田间土壤含水量较大时的土壤反硝化作用强度比其它时期明显增加,不仅增强了田间N 素的气态损失,而且给大气环境造成一定程度的潜在危害。

Abstract:The dynamic denitrification at the different moisture was studied in field. The C 2H 2 inhitition method coupled with gas chromatograph was used and volume of N 2O in wheat field was measured. It showed that the strength of denitrification in soil was stronger than other conditions when the content of soil-water was high. It not only increased the loss of gaseous nitrogen but also caused the potential harm to a certain extent for the atmospheric environment.
