摘    要:为给燕麦耐盐性鉴选和不同盐分盐渍地的燕麦种植提供参考依据,以国内9个燕麦主栽品种(定莜1号、坝莜1号、坝莜3号、白燕2号、白燕3号、白燕5号、白燕6号、草莜1号和燕科1号)为材料,研究了燕麦种子萌发和幼苗生长对三种单盐(NaCl,Na_2SO_4和MgCl_2)胁迫的反应.结果表明,草莜1号、白燕3号、白燕5号、草莜1号、白燕6号对NaCl、Na_2SO_4、MgCl_2胁迫较其他品种敏感性低,而定莜1号对各单盐胁迫的敏感性均最高;低浓度(≤1.0%)单盐胁迫下,NaCl和Na_2SO_4胁迫部分处理的幼苗生长指标较对照有所提高.浓度高于1.0%的单盐胁迫时,相对苗高与根长、相对单株鲜重与干重和相对根数和相对根冠比均随盐浓度的增加而下降,但下降幅度存在明显差异;盐浓度与除根冠比外的其他指标均呈显著或极显著负相关,其中与相对发芽率、相对发芽势间的相关性最高.

Abstract:The response of 9 cultivars widely grown in major oat production regions of China to 3 kinds of single salt solutions was studied at seed germination stage in this paper. The results showed Caoyou1 and Baiyan 3,Baiyan 5 and Caoyou 1, Baiyan 6 were less sensitive than the other varieties under the same NaCl, Na_2SO_4, MgCl_2 treatment, while Dingyou 1 was the most sensitive one among the varieties tested under any single salt treatment; under lower concentration (≤1.0%) of single salt treatment, some growth indexes under NaCl and Na_2SO_4 treatment are higher than control;when the concentration of single salt-tolerance were higher than 1.0%, the relative seedling hight and the root length, the relative fresh weight per plant and the dry weight per plant, the relative root number and the root and shoot ratio decreased with the increase of the concentration of salts, but the decrease range were different significantly. There was significant and negative correlation between the salt concentration and the other relative growth indexs except root-shoot ratio. Among the indexes, the relative germination percentage (RGp)and the relative germination energe (RGe)were the most correlated indexes.
