摘    要:利用正交设计研究了不同基本培养基、不同浓度的吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸、蔗糖以及暗培养时间等对砀山酥梨叶片再生苗生根的影响。结果表明,5个因子对叶片再生苗生根的影响程度依次为基本培养基、吲哚丁酸、蔗糖、萘乙酸和暗培养时间,其中不同的基本培养基、不同浓度的吲哚丁酸和蔗糖对梨叶片再生苗的生根有极显著影响。砀山酥梨叶片再生苗生根的适宜组合为1/4MS 0.5 mg.L-1IBA Sucrose 20 g.L-1,暗培养5 d。

Abstract:The different basal medium,levers of IBA,NAA,sucrose and the dark culture periods were used to compared their effects on rooting of the regenerated plant from leafs of pear cultvars Dangshansu by using the orthogonal experiment design.The results showed that the effective order of five factors on rooting of the regenerated plant was basal medium,IBA,sucrose,NAA and the dark culture periods.The different basal medium,IBA,and sucrose had significant effect on rooting of the regenerated plant.The best combination for Dangshansu pear was 1/4MS+IBA0.5 mg·L-1 +sucrose 20 g·L-1,and dark cultured for 5 d.
