稻谷中马拉硫磷残留气相色谱分析方法研究

摘    要:通过使用AC10毛细管柱进行实验研究,探讨了不同GC色谱分离条件对峰高、峰面积、保留时间的影响,找到了最佳的色谱条件。该色谱条件检测马拉硫磷的最低检出浓度为0.005mg/kg,平均回收率为78.54%~92.03%,变异系数为1.52%~5.35%。结果显示该方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度良好,能够满足粮食卫生标准规定的原粮中马拉硫磷残留限量标准的检测要求。

Abstract:The ACIO capillary column was conducted. The influences to peak height, peak area and retention time based on setting condition of GC were discussed. The optimized chromatographic parameters were found. The results showed that the detection limit was 0.005 mg/kg, recoveries of analyzing malathion ranged from 78.54% to 92.03%,coefficients of variation were 1.52%-5.35%. The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the method were satisfied to the requirements of residue analysis of pesticide.
