摘    要:以菜用大黄无菌苗的茎尖为外植体,探讨了不同激素对菜用大黄茎尖离体再生能力的影响。结果显示,不同激素对菜用大黄不定芽再生有显著影响。6-BA对菜用大黄茎尖增殖的效果优于KT,MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L培养基可获得最大增殖系数(3.1);新生不定芽经生根培养后可获得完整植株,而1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L的生根培养基生根率高达92.6%。再生植株经驯化炼苗后,可获得75%的移栽成活率。

Abstract:Effects of plant hormone on regeneration of adventitious buds and establishment of micropropagation of culinary rhubarb (Rheum rhaponticum L.) were studied using shoot-tips of in vitro seedling as explants. The results showed that the plant growth regulators played significant roles on regeneration of adventitious buds. 6-BA had better effect than KT in initiation and multiplication of adventitious buds, showing the highest multiplication rate (3.1) on medium of MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/ L.
