大麦几个组合产量性状的遗传分析

摘    要:以3个大麦组合的六个群体 P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2、BC_1和 BC_2为材料,对产量性状进行棱型性状的多效性,遗传力和世代均数分析,结果表明,供试性状除单株产量外,均受棱型性状的多效性影响,和千粒重的广义遗传力最大,而单株穗数等遗传力最小。世均数分析还表明,加性—显性模型不能普遍解释供试组合的性状遗传,加性效应普遍达极显著水平,显性和上位性作用普遍存在。

Abstract:Three crosses of four parents,including P_1,P_2,F_1,F_2.BC_1 and BC_2 gencrations in cach cross,were used to analyse the plciotropic effects of ear types,the gene effects on yield characters and the broad heritabilities of yield characters,The results indicated that except grain weight per plant and car length,the car types had pleiotropic effects on all characters especially on 1000-grain weight and grain NO.per ear.The gene effects showed that additive cffect was most tant for all the characters,and dominance effect was important too.Additive-dominance moddle was not generally suitable for all the characters,the non-allelic interactions wight nor be neglectes.
