方正银鲫饲料中利用棉粕减少豆粕用量的研究

[目的]为水产配合饲料配方的优化提供一定参考。[方法]用0、12.9%、25.8%和38.7%的棉粕作为减少饲料中豆粕用量的蛋白源,同时添加相应量的赖氨酸,配制4组饲料,用其分别喂养方正银鲫鱼种,进行12周(90 d)的饲养试验。[结果]结果表明,D组鱼体的生长和饲料利用情况都明显差于其他各组(P<0.05),25.8%棉粕组具有明显的替代优势;38.7%棉粕组鱼体的肝胰指数和谷丙转氨酶均高于其他各组,这表明饲料中棉粕的使用量达到一定程度时可能会引起鱼体肝功能的异常。[结论]25.8%棉粕组饲料能够改善方正银鲫鱼种的生产性能。

Study on Using Cottonseed Meal to Reduce Soybean Meal in Diet of Carassius auratus Gibelio Bloch

[Objective]The research aimed to provide the references for optimizing rate of marine lives fodder.[Method]Four diets containing 0,12.9%,25.8% and 38.7% cottonseed-meal(CSM) as a protein source with supplement of lysine to reduce soybean meal(SBM)were made to feed Carassius auratus gibelio bloch in concrete pond for 12 weeks.[Result]The results indicated that the growth and fodder use rate of 38.7% CSM team of Carassius auratus gibelio bloch were obvious lower than other,25.8% CSM team had distinct substitute advantage.The liver pancreas index and vale third transaminase were higher than other team,which showed the dosage of cottonseedmeal achieved a certain degree would possible bring the abnormity of liver function of Carassius auratus gibelio bloch.[Conclusion] The fish fed diets containing 25.8% CSM will improve production performance of Carassius auratus gibelio bloch.
