茶树越冬芽萌展期碳氮代谢动态及相关基因分析

摘    要:以早生型茶树品种“皖茶4号”(原名红旗1号)为材料,研究茶树越冬腋芽(Axillary bud, AB)与毗邻成熟叶(下称母叶,Mature leaf,ML)萌展期的碳氮代谢动态变化,同时根据腋芽全转录组数据分析相关基因的表达情况。结果表明,不同发育时期的腋芽与母叶中的淀粉、可溶性糖、NSC及糖/淀粉比值差异极显著(P<0.01);腋芽与母叶的可溶性蛋白含量差异极显著(P<0.01);腋芽中SPS酶活性在3个发育时期差异极显著(P<0.01),母叶中SPS、ATP、ALT酶活性在不同发育时期差异极显著(P<0.01);通过比较腋芽各生育期的基因表达情况,发现有8个与碳氮代谢相关的基因表达差异显著(P<0.05)。
