毛竹实生苗不同代分蘖茎秆的解剖结构比较

摘    要:研究毛竹实生苗不同代分蘖苗不同部位茎秆的解剖结构,试图更全面地了解竹类植物茎秆解剖结构的变化规律,丰富竹类植物茎秆解剖结构。结果表明,各代分蘖苗的表皮微形态并无明显差别;秆中、下部组织比量以及秆基本形态指标(秆壁厚、直径、筒腔径、筒壁腔比)的变化随分蘖代数有明显规律性,且在同一分蘖苗不同部位秆中,也有明显规律性;秆内层和外层维管束差异较大,秆内层维管束有明显变化规律,秆外层变化规律不明显。表明竹类植物幼态和成熟态中维管束形态不完全一致;髓环细胞功能可能与贮藏有关,且其石化程度可能与竹类植物年龄有关;另外某些分蘖苗秆上部结构与节部解剖结构相近。

Abstract:The culm anatomy structure in different parts of different tillers of Phyllostachys edulis seedlings was studied comprehensively, and the difference between the stem anatomy structures of the seedling of Phyllostachys edulis was compared. The results were as follows: there was no significant difference in culm epidermis in different tillers; the structure tissue proportion in middle and lower part of culm and the basic morphological indexes (wall thickness, diameter, medullary cavity diameter and the ratio of wall to cavity) had obvious law in different tillers with different parts; the vascular bundles in the inner layer and the outer layer of the culm were quite different, and the inner one had obvious law, while the outer one did not. In conclusion, the morphology and structure of vascular bundles are not exactly the same in young and mature bamboos. The cell of pith-ring may have storage functions, and the fossilization degree may be related to the age of bamboo. In addition, the upper part of the stem of some tiller seedlings is close to the node.
