摘    要:为研究信号分子钙在甜菜抗丛根病过程中的作用,用三种从不同位点阻断Ca~(2+)信号途径的抑制剂,即Ca~(2+)螯合剂EGTA(乙二醇双四乙酸)(5 mmol/L)、Ca~(2+)通道阻遏剂LaCl_3(5 mmol/L)和CaM拮抗剂W_7(N-氨乙基-5-氯-1-磺胺酰萘)(0.3 mmol/L),分别处理种植于甜菜丛根病三级病土中的甜菜,测定其抗氧化酶、O_2~-、H_2O_2及可溶性蛋白质的含量,结果表明:EGTA(5 mmol/L)、LaCl_3(5 mmol/L)和W_7(0.3 mmol/L)可降低超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性,增加O_2~-的积累和H_2O_2的含量,降低了可溶性蛋白质的含量.说明Ca~(2+)-CaM系统与甜菜抗丛根病性相关.

Abstract:In order to study the fuction of Ca~(2+) and CaM during the resistance to rhizomania, effects of 3 inhibitors of Ca~(2+) (EGTA,LaCl_3 and W_7) on antioxidant system,O_2~- production rate,H_2O_2 and soluble protein content were studied in sugar beet, cultivated in rhizomania contaminated soil. The results showed that SOD activity, POD activity, CAT activi-ty, APX activity and soluble protein content decreased while O_2~- production rate and H_2O_2 content increased.It indicated a close relationship between resistance to rhizomania and Ca~(2+) -CaM.
