基于系统重组的盾构刀盘驱动液压系统设计与试验

摘    要:采用电液比例控制技术设计了盾构刀盘驱动液压系统,用小排量泵组合代替目前国际上常用的大排量泵系统,各泵及其控制系统相对独立,单个液压泵出现故障时能够实现系统重组。试验表明,该系统实现了刀盘转速的电液比例控制和系统重组,具有技术先进、性能可靠等特点。

Abstract:The fluid power system of the cutter head in shield tunneling machine has been designed and tested, it has used electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and several small capacity pumps can be combined to drive the cutter head system of the shield tunneling machine instead of large capacity pumps system popularly used in the world. Each pump has its control system and it can be recomposed when a pump failures. The test showed that the fluid power system controlled the speed of the cutter head of the shield tunneling machine proportionally and the hydraulic drive system can be recomposed, it is an advanced and reliable system.
