| 摘 要： | 简述了应用广泛的几种常用分子标记技术RFLP、RAPD、SSR、ISSR、AFLP的优缺点,以及对这些分子标记技术的常用分类方法,提出了分子标记技术的两种新分类思路,第一种思路完善了以技术原理分类的方法,把基因芯片技术归于同时基于分子杂交和PCR的第三类分子标记技术,第二种思路根据标记的基因组来源分为随机分子标记、目标分子标记、目的基因分子标记和功能性分子标记四大类,结合有关文献对这四大分子标记技术类型进行了各自的概念界定,着重介绍了目标分子标记技术产生的理论与技术背景,并列出了目标分子标记技术的代表种类及相关信息,认为开发目的基因分子标记和功能性分子标记将是分子标记技术的发展趋势。 |

| Abstract: | Abstract:Based on the traditional classification of molecular marker techniques, two new kinds of ideas for classification of molecular marker techniques were proposed in this paper (I and II). Combined with related literature, the concepts of four major sub-types of molecular markers (II) were defined. Additionally, we focused on introduction of theoretical and technical background which resulted in the target molecular marker technologies. Ultimately, we listed representative of target molecular marker techniques and showed related information. |
