贵州黄牛杂交F1代直线育肥技术研究

本试验采用6月龄左右的西门塔尔×关岭牛F1代10头、利木赞×关岭牛F1代10头、安格斯×关岭牛F1代10头进行了360 d的强度育肥饲养试验。结果表明，3种杂交牛平均体重分别为550、590、540 kg，平均日增重依序为1413、1485和1367g；每千克增重消耗饲料干物质分别为6.91、6.42、7.10 kg；每增重1 kg饲料成本分别为5.23、4.86、5.38元；净肉率差异不显著，分别为42.5 %、41.5 %和43.0 %。从而认为，贵州杂交黄牛通过直线育肥可以达到优质肉牛18～24月龄（即屠宰前）450～500 kg以上的生产性能。

The Study of Straight Finishing of F1 Crossbreds with Yellow Cattle in Guizhou Province

In the experiment about 6 month old cross bred F1 of Simmental×Guan ling yellow cattle, Limousine×Guan ling yellow cattle and Angus×Guan ling yellow cattle were ten heads all allocated into three groups for 360 days of finishing trial. The results show that: the ADG of the three kinds of cattle is 1413 g,1485 g,1367 g respectively; the dry matter intake per 1 kg ADG is 6.91 kg,6.42 kg,7.10 kg respectively; the cost of feed per 1 kg ADG is ￥5.23, ￥4.86, ￥5.38 respectively; there are no significant difference in Net meat ratio among three kinds of cattle, the weight among 18 to 24 month about 450 kg to 500 kg .Above results indicate that straight fatting can support satisfactory performance in both growing and finishing. 
