摘    要:结球甘蓝(Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata)简称甘蓝,是我国重要的蔬菜作物之一.甘蓝根肿病是由芸苔根肿菌(Plamodiophora brassicae Woron.)侵染引起的一种世界性真菌病害.近年来,该病在我国的发病面积急剧增加,造成甘蓝产量和品质大幅度降低,选育抗病品种成为防治根肿病的重要途径之一.

Abstract:180 F2 individuals derived from the single cross between the resistant 15R and the susceptible 14S cabbage inbred lines were genotyped using simple sequence repeat(SSR).Ninety-five primer pairs were used to detect the polymorphism between parents 15R and 14S,and 60(63.2%) of them showed polymorphism.The molecular linkage map was constructed with the 60 SSR primers.The results showed that 4 SSR markers were not linkaged;and 4 SSR markers had a segregation distortion;the other 52 SSR markers distributed among...
