新型无机非金属材料烤房的研究

摘    要:对新材料密集烤房和普通密集烤房的性能、成本及烘烤效果进行对比试验。结果表明,新材料密集烤房的性能较好,烘烤过程中平面温差和垂直温差变化较小,烤房抗逆性好,加热炉散热效率高,通风排湿顺畅,降低能耗成本达30.4%;烤后烟叶外观质量较好,烟叶颜色更鲜亮,桔黄烟所占比重增加,中上等烟比例提高;烤后烟叶化学成分更为协调,淀粉降解较普通密集烤房更充分,还原糖含量所占比例略高。

Abstract:Tests were made to compare the performance,costs and baking effect of the new material curing barn and ordinary curing barn.The results show that the performance of new materials curing barns is better and is characterized by smaller changes of its vertical temperature and plane temperature during the baking process,a good resistance,and high efficiency of reheating furnace,ventilated platoon being smooth,reducing energy costs up to 30.4%,and the flue-cured tobacco has better quality after baked in new mate...
