供氮水平对富贵菜产量和品质的影响

摘    要:
采用水培法研究了不同供氮水平对富贵菜产量、硝酸盐含量和营养品质的影响。结果表明:10~14 mmol/L氮素水平范围内,富贵菜产量处于较高水平;总黄酮含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、矿质元素均处于中等偏上水平;硝酸盐含量和硝酸还原酶活性处于较低水平。以产量和品质作为衡量指标,水培富贵菜以10~14 mmol/L的氮素水平为宜。

Abstract:
The effects of different nitrogen levels on yield,nitrate content and nutrition quality of Gynura divancata were investigated under hydroponics.At 10-14 mmol/L,yield were relatively high;the flavone,protein,mineral elements content were relatively medium;nitrate contents and the activity of nitrate reductase were relatively low.Taking yield and quality as measurement index,the optimal nitrogen concentration for Gynura divancat under hydroponics was 10-14 mmol/L.
