摘    要:以蔬菜、食品调料为试材,筛选对桃小食心虫具有较高抑制效果的植物,为生物防治桃小食心虫开辟一条新的途径.本试验运用生物测定的方法检测了7种非寄主植物挥发物(花椒、小茴香、香菜、芹菜、姜、八角、桂皮)对桃小食心虫繁殖、发育的影响,结果表明,5种非寄主植物挥发物对桃小食心虫产卵抑制率超过50%,其中桂皮为91.55%、八角达...

Abstract:In order to filter the non-host plant of higher inhibitory effect and introduce a new way of biological control of the t peach fruit borer(PFB),Carposina sasakii Matsumura,the anti-ovipositors of seven non-host plant volatiles(Zingiber officinale Roscoe、Herba coriandri sativi、Cuminum cyminum、Zanthoxylum burgeanum、Apium graveolens L.celery、Cinnamomum cassia Presl、Illicium verum Hook.f.) against PFB were tested.The results showed that there are five non-host plants whose inhibiting rates of volatiles to PFB fecundity were more than 50%,star anise100% and cinnamon 91.55% respectively.Z.burgeanum、Cuminum cyminum、C.cassia Presl、Illicium verum Hook.f.significantly reduce the fertilization rate,Illicium verum Hook.f.and C.cassia Presl have decreased the fertilization rate to 0% and 13%.Volatiles of Illicium verum Hook.f.、Apium graveolens L.celery Cinnamomum cassia Presl、Zingiber officinale Roscoe could extend the pre-oviposition period of PFB female adults.The volatiles from Illicium verum Hook.f.、Cinnamomum cassia Presl and Z.burgeanum have obvious effect on PFB adult life.These results suggest that the star anise should be most potential to exploit botanical pesticides in the future.
