| 摘 要： | 秸秆收集固化成型技术及装备是进行秸秆生物质规模化工业综合利用的关键.本研究在参考了大量国内外文献的基础上,研发了新型玉米秸秆圆捆打捆包膜机,并根据整机的具体结构设计了合理的控制方案.采用基于总线的PLC为控制器,配合传感器和变频调速技术,利用触摸屏友好方便的人机界面对打捆包膜过程实施监控,实现了打捆包膜机顺序动作自动化...

| Abstract: | Technology and equipment of curing silage collection is the key of silages′ scale industrial utilization.In reference to this paper on the basis of a large number of literature,a new type of round baling and wrapping machine for maize silage was developed and according to the specific structure of the machine,a reasonable control system was designed.Using PLC based on the controller bus,with the sensor and inverter technology and using the friendly and easy human-machine interface of touch screen to monitoring the process of baling and wrapping.The results show that the baling and wrapping machine achieve the automation and efficiency and stable operation. |
