越冬及返青期冬小麦叶片中可溶性蛋白质、氨基酸含量与抗寒性的关系

摘    要:研究了6种冬小麦幼苗叶片在低温胁迫下其体内可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、游离氨基酸等代谢物的含量变化,比较了越冬期和返青期冬小麦叶片中代谢物含量的差异.结果表明:几种冬小麦在低温胁迫下脯氨酸、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量均有不同程度增加,其中脯氨酸和游离氨基酸的含量增加更显著.抗寒性较强的小偃6号和西农383积累脯氨酸、游离氨基酸等主要代谢物的能力较强,西农580和小偃22次之,84加97和陕农981较弱,该结果与冬小麦耐寒性强弱一致.研究表明冬小麦抗寒性与相关代谢物的积累相关,通过对这些代谢物质的检测可以为冬小麦的引种、育种及抗寒品种的筛选提供依据.

Abstract:The study determined the content changes of soluble proteins,proline,soluble sugar and free amino acids in six kinds winter wheat in a cold coercion.At the same time,in this study also compared the contents between the leaves of winter wheat in a cold coercion and in the earlier period of jointing after it returns warmly.The results showed that the content of proline,free amino acids,solable sugar,soluble proteins of winter wheat increased at low temperatures,and the contents of proline,free amino acid increased striking too.The Xiaoyan 6 and Xinong 383 in the six varieties have the strongest ability of metabolism proline,free amino acid and other metabolites,so the cold resistance of them is strong,Xinong 580 and Xiaoyan 22 are the second,and 84jia 97 and Shannong 981 are weaker co mpared with them.The results are consistent with the cold-resistant of winter wheat.
