摘    要:
对密集烘烤过程风机变频技术影响烟叶烘烤质量的研究表明,风机变频组合干球温度在38℃以前960 r/min,38℃以后1 450 r/min,54℃以后960 r/min的烟叶外观质量最优,指数和达到85.00;常规化学成分含量最为适宜,总糖、还原糖、蛋白质、糖碱比、两糖差和钾氯比与对照呈现显著性差异;香气物质含量最高,达到419.89μg/g;评吸质量最好,各指标得分总和最高,达到83.04。

Abstract:
Effect of frequency conversion technology of circulating ventilator in the bulk curing process on tobacco quality was studied.Results showed that the tobacco presentation quality was the best under the the combination conditions of 960 r/min of the circulating ventilator frequency conversion at 38 ℃ of dry bulb temperature,1 450 r/min above 38 ℃,and 960 r/min above 54 ℃,the exponential sum reached 85.00;The content of routine chemical components was the most suitable.Total sugar,reducing sugar,protein,sugar/alkali ratio,difference of total sugar and reducing sugar,and potassium/chlorine ratio were detected significant difference compared with control;The content of aroma matter was the highest,419.89 μg/g;Smoking quality was the best,and the total score was the highest,83.04.
