SRAP/RSAP标记鉴定印度南瓜种子纯度的方法

摘    要:应用相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP)标记和限制性位点扩增多态性(RSAP)标记对印度南瓜品种杂交种子纯度进行鉴定试验。结果表明,筛选出的引物E1M5和R1R7可很好地区分出红栗二号、红栗、锦栗二号和锦栗南瓜,利用RSAP分子标记R1R7可检测出锦栗杂交种子纯度,分子标记检测结果与田间检测结果吻合率达到90%。

Abstract:The sequence-related amplified polymorphism(SRAP) markers and the restriction site amplification polymorphism(RSAP) markers were applied to test hybrid seed purity of squash(Cucurbit Maxima L.).The results showed that E1M5 and R1R7 marker can distinguish well Hongli No.2,Hongli,Jinli No.2 and Jinli variety.RSAP marker R1R7 can test Jinli hybrid seed purity successfully,with a coincidence rate of 90% to the field test results.
