陕西茶树品种的抗寒性研究

摘    要:应用石蜡制片技术,对18个陕西当地茶树品种及8个引进茶树品种进行解剖结构观察和组织结构分析.试验结果表明,陕西省茶树品种抗寒性优于外地引进品种,普遍具有叶片较小,栅栏组织层数多、厚度大,栅栏组织与海绵组织的比值和上表皮与海绵组织的比值较高的特点.

Abstract:Employing the method of paraffin production technology,the leaves anatomical structure of 18 native tea cultivars and 8 foreign tea cultivars was analyzed.The result showed:the coldr esistance of native tea cultivars in Shaanxi province was better than foreign tea cultivars.Comparing with foreign tea cultivars,the leaves of native tea cultivars were smaller in shape,having more layers of palisade tissue layers,and the ratio of Palisade tissue and to spongy tissue and the ratio of skin and spongy tissue were higher.The research laid the foundation of the breeding of cold resist ant tea cultivar,and the results provided a reference for the introducing of tea cultivar in northern tea cultivated region.
