| Abstract: | In this paper, the research view of protoplast fusion technique on the application to the yeast-breeding was related introduced and evaluated, and operating points,methods and technology parameters were also detailed introduced in protop last preparation,regeneration, fusing and fusant selecting. Protoplast fusion provides a wider prospect for the development of fermentation industry. |
