酵母菌原生质体融合技术

摘    要:介绍了原生质体融合技术在酵母菌选育中的应用研究概况,对原生质体的制备、再生、融合和筛选等步骤的操作要点、操作方法和技术参数作了详尽的叙述.原生质体融合技术为发酵工业开辟了更加广阔的发展前景.

Abstract:In this paper, the research view of protoplast fusion technique on the application to the yeast-breeding was related introduced and evaluated, and operating points,methods and technology parameters were also detailed introduced in protop last preparation,regeneration, fusing and fusant selecting. Protoplast fusion provides a wider prospect for the development of fermentation industry.
