| 摘 要： | 公民素质教育是以提高全民族整体素质为主要目的的教育，关系着民族的未来与国家的发展。高校图书馆作为高校德育的主要渠道和主要阵地，在培养大学生素质教育方面无疑是发挥了重要的作用，加强高校图书馆的自身建设，从多种途径认真开展大学生素质教育，具有十分重要的意义。大学生是公民素质的典范，大学生整体素质的提高，也会带动、影响着整个国民的素质的提高。

Strengthening the construction of college library and developing undergraduate diathesis education is of great significance. The improvement of undergraduate＇ s diathesis will improve the diathesis of the whole national. |
