不同bFF对延边黄牛卵母细胞成熟及发育的影响

摘    要:在成熟液中添加不同处理及来源的牛卵泡液(bFF),以研究其对延边黄牛卵母细胞体外成熟及重组胚发育的影响。结果表明:未抽滤组与抽滤组间成熟率差异不显著(P>0.05),但未抽滤组显著提高囊胚率(P<0.05);卵泡直径2~8 mm组、>8 mm组和混合组(2~8 mm组与>8 mm组的混合)之间成熟率、卵裂率和囊胚发育率差异不显著(P>0.05);两试验组(黄体组、卵泡组)成熟率、卵裂率和囊胚率差异不显著(P>0.05),两试验组与血清组相比囊胚率显著提高(P<0.05)。试验结果提示,未抽滤黄体期卵巢表面卵泡内bFF能有效提高卵母细胞体外囊胚发育率。

Abstract:In this paper,the effect of different maturatation medium supplemented with different treated and sources of bovine follicular fluid on the in vitro maturatation of bovine oocytes and development of reconstituted embryos was studied.The results showed that no significant difference(P>0.05) of the maturing rates was observed between the non-pumping filtration group and the pumping filtration group,but the blastula rate could be significantly increased in the non-pumping filtration group.There was no significant difference(P>0.05) in the maturing rate,cleavage rate and blastula rate between the groups of 2-8 mm or > 8 mm in follicular diameter and mixed group,and the similar results were observed between the other two experimental groups of corpus luteum and follicular.However,compared to serum group,the blastula rates of these two experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).These data suggest that the bovine follicular fluid with non-pumping filtration in luteal phase could increase blastula rate in vitro.
