| 摘 要： | 综述了南方葡萄避雨栽培技术的各个环节,包括建园、品种选择、棚膜管理、整形修剪、花期管理、果实套袋、采后管理、病虫害综合防治以及土、肥和水的综合管理等,为南方高温多雨地区优质葡萄生产提供理论依据,并提出今后南方葡萄避雨栽培的发展建议。
