摘    要:装载机工作装置设计水平的高低直接影响其作业性能的好坏,进而影响整机工作效率。本文基于有限元分析理论,研究了工作装置的静力分析问题,建立了有限元模型,对6种典型载荷工况进行了分析,为工作装置的设计提供了依据。采用自由度耦合模拟销轴的铰接为类似结构边界条件的处理提供了一种实用方案。

Abstract:The design of the bucket-tipping device of loader directly determines its working performance,then influences the working efficiency of the whole machine. This paper takes a structure static analysis on the bucket-tipping device,builds a finite element model and completes the analysis under the loads of six different working conditions. The results can be regarded as the basis of new design. It is a practical method using coupling to simulate the shaft joint and has a guiding significance for similar mechanism.
